Delete your account
You can delete your Quizmandu account from the mobile app or from this page. Deleting is not instant: you have 30 days to change your mind.
What happens
- Right away: your account stops working and you are signed out on every device.
- For 30 days: nothing is erased. Sign in again, in the app or on the website, and your account comes back exactly as it was.
- After 30 days: your data is erased as shown below. This cannot be undone. You can still sign up again later with a fresh account.
What happens to your data
- Name, email and profile photoErased after 30 days
- Practice and mock exam history, answers, progress, streak, notes and saved questionsErased after 30 days
- Your sign-in accountDeleted after 30 days
- Payments, subscriptions and the referral records linked to themKept without your name or contact details, because we must be able to account for payments
A paid plan does not carry over to a new account. Analytics events recorded before you deleted the account are not linked back to you once it is erased.
Delete my account
In the mobile app, or if you can't sign in
In the app, open Profile, then Delete account. If you can no longer sign in, email support@quizmandu.com from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
